Jessie, lacks experience. Little communication, argumentative. Had zero court precedence. Not sure she said more than 3 words during the hearing, what ever the judge said she agreed with instead of argue a ppoint we had discussed prior to the court hearing, she just told the judge "ok", well done Jessie, you have my number

Not even a star they deserve. Paid soo much money and for what? To get my kids taken away forcefully and so that the other party wins custody when he hasn’t seen his kids in 14 years and 1 day appears and all for his favor..? Ridiculous I don’t recommend this law firm.. Save your money

Kurt Smith and his practice are extremely disorganized and they will bill you for their errors. There are far better attorneys out there with real empathy and compassion for their clients - Kurt Smith has none - be warned! We have filed a complaint with the Nevada Bar Association. Don’t make the mistake we did in hiring this attorney.

I will just start by saying, please do your research and find a different attorney. Kurt Smith is the most dishonest person I’ve encountered.
