Very easy to get an appointment. Kris had been there before but I was his new parent. Friendly reminder prior to appointments. Easy to get to the office. Everyone is friendly and handled Kris gently. Smith Veterinary took my dog as an emergency walk-in on a busy day, and Dr. Pennell performed a difficult surgery. I can’t praise her enough for the skill and compassion she demonstrated as well how the entire staff cared for Mags. Thank you to everyone at Smith Veterinary Hospital!

I WAS a long time customer at Smith Veterinary Hospital. I am a breeder of America Cocker Spaniels and have used this office to perform tail docks and dew claw removals for years( which have to be done by 3 -4 days old) and do Vet checks on puppies before going to their new homes. I always call for appointments the day puppies are born . The owner (Dr. Steve Whatley) had a fill in Vet working on previous litter that REFUSED to do the procedure when I arrived for my appointment.
