Dr. Rai was very professional, and made schedule changes to fit me in with my unexpected trouble. When prompted she explained the treatment options with kindness and hand gestures to explain the situation. She made immediate temporary accommodations so the process was painless. No problems with her but I wont be going back to her. How can you be a dentist and not feel comfortable doing extractions.
