Everything from beginning to end of process was great. Katheryn, the receptionist was very welcoming and also explained my treatment cost thoroughly to me. Bailee did a great job with my X-rays and was so sweet, making sure to comfort me as I was in pain. Dr. Bethea was also sweet and gave me her recommendations and let me know about both of my options. I would recommend this office as it was an emergency and they were able to see me same day.
Everything went very smoothly during my appointments. The Hygienist did a fantastic job with my cleaning and was very friendly. Same with Dr. Bethea. She was very friendly and did a phenomenal job on my dental procedure. Very friendly staff. They all deserve to be acknowledged. Highly recommend.
Had the best experience with my 8 year old getting 2 cavities filled! Dr. Bethea is an absolutely phenomenal dentist, easily as skilled working with kids as a pediatric dentist, if not more so. My daughter needed 2 cavities filled which were scheduled for 2 separate appointments, as we didnt know how she would do. Much to my relief, they both went so smoothly! Dr.Bethea and her team are absolutely amazing to my family of four ranging from 6 to 17 years old. Her and the team have been so graceful and transparent with all our needs.I’m truly grateful for the care and patience through out the variety of work my children needed . My youngest had a cleaning today and his smile sums it up!
What a great dentist office! I went in thinking I’d need a root canal - after the exam the doctor said my teeth were fine and my swelling was an infected lymph gland!! Hard to find a dentist with ethics these days! Everyone there was friendly, kind, and happy!!! ❤️
