So I went in for a cleaning that was overdue. I was quite honestly dreading it. I walked in to a welcoming and friendly staff. My hygienist named Chloe was so sweet and explained everything thoroughly. She put me at ease and it actually wasn't bad at all! Dr Chloe explained procedures and answered my questions. All in all it was a good experience and I'll definitely be going back. THANK YOU SMITHVILLE DENTAL!!
This place was awesome! They were able to get me in right away and it was the best tooth extraction I've ever had. Very little pain and I was in and out of the office in about 45 minutes as a new patient. Also saved over $150 compared to other dentists. All the staff were super friendly and didn't make me feel anxious like other offices. I highly recommend them and I will be returning for future visits
OMG!!! TOTALLY GREAT EXPERIENCE, I love it... staff members treated me like if I knew them, but it was my first visit. They have all the latest equipment needed for your dental needs. 5 star 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟 Great Place. Highly recommended 👌 DON'T EVER JUDGE A BOOK BY IT'S COVER!
I made an appointment a month prior. Called and made sure they were in network for my insurance. I was assured they were. I came home a day early from my vacation in order to make it to my appointment. I was texted an hour before my appointment telling me they were not in network for my insurance. Not a good business practice. I cannot rate their services since I never used them…
This is Kathy Longshore; I just want to say this is the BEST TEAM imaginable! We just moved here & I needed new dentures. Everyone is so very kind and caring here. Always made me feel comfortable, answered questions I had. When getting my new dentures fitted, they took the time, got me in when I needed them. They've made me feel like part of their family. While remaining professional & caring. I'm so grateful I found such a great team! Thank you all for your generosity of spirit. I've found a home here. All my thanks !
