Smooth Generation is great! The space is always so clean, professional, and incredibly relaxing. Yamile’s hydrafacials and all of her services have completely transformed my skin. She is so thoughtful and truly takes the time to make sure each experience is personalized and the best it can be. You leave feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and glowing every single time. Just experienced my first Velashape treatment with Inna. Inna is very informative and attentive to your specific needs. Treatment went very well. A cozy, relaxing environment. Quiet and very clean. I’m looking forward to continuing treatment.
The staff(?jamalia) first of all did not introduce herself, prefers the customer not necessarily wear the towel but street clothes instead. She does not listen to my concerns rather reinforce her domineering knowledge of what she knows. . Not accommodating, rough and impatient. My experience is not al all comfortable or relaxing. . I want to leave as soon as I entered the room.
