A short while before closing time, my husband and I went into the Snappy Snaps outlet on Putney High St to see if they would be able to produce some 80th Birthday Cards at relatively short notice. We were dealt by Ella who was extremely helpful and agreed the Card layout with me sending in some text overnight. Snappy Snaps Putney - Amazing service. I was attended to by an amazing assistant called Jodie. Not only did she hold my hand helping to download my photos she also told me I looked too young to be a Grandfather. Love Jodie I will visit again !
Probably my experience wasn’t one of the best, but after speaking with the manager about what happened, I appreciated that they were accommodating and offered me a full refund. Therefore, for the sake of fairness, I am modifying this review. So I changed my initial one-star rating to three stars only because the staff is kind and tries to satisfy the customer as best as possible. The company in general, however, would deserve the one star it received on Saturday.
