SnappySnaps in Peckham charges £24 for two passport photos, which is outrageously overpriced. The average price for the same service in London is about £8, a third of what they charge. They try to justify this inflated price by offering “free” digital copies, but in my case, that promise turned out to be misleading. I would give 0 if I could, came for a a baby picture to be taken for passport they expect the baby to sit up on their own even at 2 weeks old. One of the workers wanted to hold my baby without permission and when I said i will hold my own baby it seemed like it was a problem, I called another snappy snap and they provide newborn passport pictures to be taken laying down as it should.
Big thank you to Hugo who assisted me today. I’ve never done one of these photo type things and he was ever so patient. I get to pick up the “finished product” tomorrow. I can’t wait!! You can bet you’ll get my business again in the future.
I took an ID photo here. The staff uses a hand-held camera, not fixed to the height of the chair, so the angle is not straight. She asked me to look up to the camera and the photo looked very strange. They cut it to the required size, so if you don't care how it looks, thats ok, but don't expect a professinal quality photo. (and costs 20)
