I went here to get a disposable camera developed. I was told the development would take three working days and that I could come back later to pick up the negatives, but I was worried because I had to leave London before that. Then Ustsav kindly told me he would make an exception and have it ready for me the next day. Thank you to him, I was able to pick up my negatives the next day! Very disappointing experience. I placed an order in October for a November birthday, giving more than enough time for delivery. The item did not arrive on time, and after two failed delivery attempts in December, I was told I would receive a refund. Months later, I am still waiting. While staff answered calls and made repeated promises, nothing was actually resolved. This level of service is unacceptable, and I will not be ordering from Snappy Snaps again.

The best snappy snaps in London! I came on Friday to ask for a print in a T-shirt. There was no my size (so they take it from somewhere for me by the next day!) and I didn’t see the email from the team on Saturday morning, so when I came to pick it up they said that were waiting for my respond to confirm the image after adjustments. And they still managed to did it on time in spite of problems I cause for them. If the head of the branch will see it: this guys definitely deserve a huge Christmas bonus!!
The staff was super kind and went above and beyond to ensure my passport pictures were good. Price is a bit crazy though, but a girl's gotta do what a girl's gotta do when she needs passport done!
