I had a very disappointing experience. I was actually planning to place an order, but the owner’s attitude completely changed my mind. He came across as arrogant and dismissive throughout the conversation. As English is not my first language, I politely asked him to repeat something because he was speaking very quickly, but he seemed impatient and unwilling to help. I recently visited Snappy Snaps for passport photos and was quite shocked by the price. They charged £29.99 for just four passport-size photos, which feels excessively high for such a basic service. I would recommend checking prices elsewhere before going here, as you may find much more affordable alternatives.
The personnel went above and beyond for me, such a pleasant experience. Especially Dheeraj, he was so attentive, caught mistakes in my original prints I did t even realise, excel service and quality really! My favorite snappy snaps because of the people, will be coming back plenty
I have been going to Snappy Snaps in Kings Road for over 7/8 years and Jag has always been extremely helpful with all my pictures prints and of course the quality of the pictures and customer service has been excellent. Thank you Jag for always being so helpful
