I went here to get a disposable camera developed. I was told the development would take three working days and that I could come back later to pick up the negatives, but I was worried because I had to leave London before that. Then Ustsav kindly told me he would make an exception and have it ready for me the next day. Thank you to him, I was able to pick up my negatives the next day! Super professional. Came here to take my toddler's passport photos without an appointment and they did it within a few minutes and without any tears. Previous place (Timpson) we tried denied us as they believed they needed a mat lo lie the toddler down, however Snappy Snaps chelsea staff did it sitting down only needing a few seconds and pictures came out great
Honestly such lovely people in there. I needed something done super last-minute and they helped me out straight away, no stress. They were so kind and fast with it, and the product came out amazing. Proper lifesavers fr.
