Dropped in last minute for an urgent passport photo and Dani and Theo were fantastic. Super helpful, kind, and managed to fit me in right away. The photo was approved immediately too, brilliant service!
A RIP OFF!! I have used many times Snappy Snap and always went ok until the other day. I went few days ago to get passport photos and they asked me if it was for UK passport I said spanish passport. They gave me 4 photos and also I asked to print 5 A4 in black and white text document. Total for the 4photos and the printing in A4 = £25. Once on the consulate to renew my passport the photos where wrong, they where to small and the size was for USA. Dani was amazing i went in with an idea for a print in my head and explained it. i had a text file onto which i wanted to place a photo and another image, he told me to email it to him. i did. i then started talking to his colleague, a very pleasant 19yr old young lady. when i turned back to explain the layout i wanted i noticed he had already opened the email and remembered what i had said and had already done it, just how i wanted, without my having to explain again. he even placed a light border around the overlayed image... read more
I went for a Visa photo. They asked me which kind if visa, as they have all the specifics. Didn’t wait at all. I found it a bit expensive for a picture though (£20), but probably that’s the usual rate everywhere.
Ava was very helpful with my passport photo, really took time to make sure it turned out how I’d like. Would 100% recommend
