Called in here yesterday. My husband of three weeks had died and I wished to get some photos printed off my phone. The staff were great (I took their names but now can’t find the piece of paper). I’m pretty sure the chap was called Jules. They were very helpful and produced some lovely prints in this sad time for me. Their prices were very reasonable. Will definitely use them again.
Just want to say a huge thank you to Amy and Leia at Snappy Snaps in Lincoln for their kind, caring and thoughtful help to scan some old family slides into digital images. Not only did they do a brilliant job but they turned it around in less than 48 hours when we'd said there was no need to rush. Unbelievably good customer service too, so polite and understanding. I'm sure we have some more slides in the loft so we'll be back again at some point soon. Thank you, Matt.
Absolutely superb service. The staff are professional, very friendly and knowledgeable. Service with a smile and super quick turn around. I had a lot of old negatives that I wanted printed up with some dating back to WW2. Prints were superb and requested enlargements beautifully framed. Thank you, Snappy Snaps, Lincoln.
Very friendly, helpful staff even when busy. I went to see if it was possible to retrieve a photo of my sister and mum, my mum has died. It is my sisters 60th birthday and I knew she’d love it. Amy went out of her way to help sorted the problem in minutes and went above and beyond in helping me. Thank you 🙏 I would highly recommend this shop.
If I could give no stars I would The woman in there was the most unhappy and unhelpful person in there We have a monthly photo done of our baby back home in Clacton but was on holiday in Lincoln so we popped in to get his photo done, asked for a passport size pic but not for passport She made it wrong I asked for it to be zoomed in She did do it but she was so lifeless , I’ve seen more life in a morgue She was very unpleasant and I definitely wouldn’t recommend,
