If you want next level customer service- come here! I went in 2 months ago with my first ever film camera and the gentleman working here was amazing at teaching me how to upload new film and advising me on what next film I should get. As a novice I was so so grateful! It then only took 1hr to get my photos developed and at a great price. I recently visited in-store to have a few hundred 6x4 photos printed in gloss for a photo album I was putting together as a gift. Although it was at short notice and there were some slight issues with the in-store machines resizing some photos incorrectly, the guys found a work-around, managed to fit me in and got them all printed off a day quicker than expected despite a bank holiday weekend. Went here to get some passport/ID photos. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I was able to get my photo taken, printed and paid for in just about 5 minutes. So a great place to get them if you're in a hurry.
Very helpful staff members! Was served by a friendly girl named Amy, she helped me with my order and answered all my questions. My product was perfect! Will definitely be shopping there again
They have the resources to get you quality pictures that you will love. They always gave me a quick service. Meaning, you don't spend much time there for whatever you went there to do.
