I think the care here is better than other hospitals because it is a smaller ER. Just like their slogan says, "bigger is not always better." I think you get physicians, nurses and techs that are top notch but have the time to actually deal with a patient and not just a chart number. I'm dealt with them as a patient and through work... If I had to pick an ER to go to, this would be it.
I wish i could do 0 stars. My sister has gone here twice for emergencies and both times they could care less about her health. They don't even ask questions about what is going on they just assume they know the issue. They have sent her home this most recent time in major pain and they said "just take benadryl". Really??? She can barely walk, her body is COVERED in a rash, her head and eyes are swollen and you say just take benadryl. We have found her passed out on the bathroom floor and i'm sorry but guess what, the benadry... read more
ER doc contradicts EVERYTHING Primary care, and Gastro Specialist are treating for. When asked well what is it then we got "I don't know." Nothing but bad experience after bad experience at this hospital. From now on we drive to Provo.
