Professional, friendly, time sufficient & clean. Easy to schedule. And reminded me to make appoint.
As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted. The representative that took all my information to register me and get me to the back was extremely professional. The young lady who performed the mammogram was nice and professional as well. I was there for a total of 25 minutes. I must say I was pleased with the services provided, the cleanliness of the office and the 3D machine.
Yearly mammogram...check! I was so happy to see this new location as it's closer to home/work and much easier to navigate to for those close to the area. I've had all my mammograms performed at Solis and have had a good overall experience with them with the exception of one visit. I was very pleased with the person who performed my test, she was gracious, kind and knowledgeable, answered a few questions I had. The check in experience wasn't the best. I've been a patient of Solis Mammography for many years at another location. Today was my first appointment at this location. I never post any reviews for medical offices until now. The moment I walked in, I was greeted by Miss Beverly. Checking in was what I expected. Easy and quick. I was then escorted into the Subwait area. Again, what I expected. Clean and tidy. The billing department is AWFUL! I am and have been fully covered yet they have denied me 8 times since October. All letters have been filled with lies such as "your insurance has responded on your account", but when I call my insurance, they have not had a claim on me yet! Also, they cite many various insurance companies have been contacted, but again, my insurance has not been contacted! The last denial states "patient cannot be identified" . Very disappointed with this place. Front desk lacks customer service skills. Discriminates against families with children and not very understanding at all of people's situations. These are tough times for many people so if you're a single parent, have no help or many options, consider going to a different facility that is more understanding.
