Called to schedule a diagnostic mammogram and set up the appointment. I received a call from my physician to inform me that the facility where i scheduled my appointment doesn't perform diagnostic mammograms and canceled my appointment without contacting me. If i wouldn't have heard from my physician, i wouldn't have known my appointment was cancelled. Horrible customer service
