I've been getting annual mammograms for 25 years and this was my best experience yet! I was able to make an appointment within the week. I was seen promptly at my appointment time. Everyone, from the front desk to the rad tech, was super friendly and caring. When I had a technical issue receiving my results, the staff was responsive and helpful - something I've unfortunately learned not to expect from other medical facilities. Had a great 1st experience at Solis. Making an online appointment was a breeze - next day. The location was easy to find. The clinician at the front desk was pleasant and helpful. The facility was modern, welcoming and clean. The service was seamless and efficient and the technologist was kind and professional.
This was such an easy and pleasant experience! The staff were friendly, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions. It was my first visit here, and I’ll definitely be coming back for future mammograms.
The experience of the mammogram was good, no issues and was very easy. Unfortunately it's been a week and I have not gotten any results. Not sure what the industry standard is for results, but a week seems a bit long.
This was my first mammogram and the whole process was very smooth, from registering online, to checking in, to the actual imaging. The space was clean and the staff were very friendly! 10/10 highly recommend!
