I recently visited Solis Mammography, and I have to say, my experience was surprisingly pleasant! They were quick to get me scheduled, which I really appreciated. The flexibility with appointments made it easy to find a time that worked for me, and the atmosphere felt almost like a spa! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm and welcoming. Do not go here if you have implants! My doctor has always told me that I can go anywhere to get a breast exam even with implants as long as I let them know so that they do the ultrasound instead of the MRI. I finally scheduled my appointment here after moving to Texas but when scheduling online there's no option to select which screening you want. So when I got there I let them know ahead of time I have implants. Apparently that didn't matter because they still took me back and did the MRI instead of the ultrasound. When I a... read more

If I have to get a mammogram done, I'd much rather go somewhere where I have a great experience. That is what I get every time I go to Solis Mammography! I recently went to the new (to me) Cedar Park location and Dominique at the front desk checked me in. She was professional, quick, and very sweet!! I feel horrible that I can't remember the name of my Tech that did the Mammography but she was also very professional and sweet!!! Well, I can't speak to the quality of my mammogram but facility is so much closer to home, welcoming and has been thoughtfully designed for women. The sweet woman at the front desk and Erin, who did my mammogram, we're both professional, friendly, and explained everything well.

Although the staff that I encountered were amazing, I will NEVER get another mammogram with this company. With previous mammograms at other facilities, I was given results same day or a max of 2 days later. With Solis, I have been waiting over a week for the results of a screening mammogram. When I call the "local" number, the call is never answered and goes to an automated service with no option to speak to anyone. I left a voicemail to no reply. Customer service doesn't just happen face to face. Do better.
