I have been going to this location for approximately 2 years and never had an issue. However in the past couple of weeks, I have left 3 messages and NO ONE has called me back. I have even tried to call the corporate number and the call just goes into the same voicemail abyss. I understand the fact that companies use auto phone systems however this is one of the worst experiences I've had with trying to set up an appointment. I'm not ordering furniture, this is my health. Incredibly and utterly disappointed with this site in Coral Gables, Florida, Solis is a huge company with over 100 locations, 1545 Ran Remo. Called and made an app, that was not a problem. Received a call the day before my appointment and was told they contacted my physician (without my knowledge/ consent), to request my prescription, that was a big negative for me. I've been going here for years. I have always had a great experience on the mammogram side. However, I have been trying to schedule a MRI since 2020 and it's always been a problem. Last year (Feb 2024). I got my mammogram and ultrasound done. My doctor requested an MRI once again. I finally got it scheduled after 4 years of trying and they cancelled the day before saying the machine broke. They said they would call Me to reschedule which they didn't. First off, the doctor and procedure went very well. That's the only positive. Negatives: they don't answer the phone. Ever. When they do, it's an off-site facility, possibly in Texas or somewhere in the midwest. It is impossible to connect with their office in Coral Gables. Secondly, they will not give you the accurate cost of your procedure because they won't run your insurance beforehand. I'm so utterly disappointed with this site in Coral Gables, Florida, Solis is a huge company with over 100 locations. They have no compassion for cancer patients that are in a rush for their results. One machine on site and no one knows when it will be fixed...seriously! They had time to send patient somewhere else. Clearly their staff has no clue or compassion. Check and double check before you go here!
