Very friendly staff! Parking lot available with no hassle or payment. Clean waiting room. I came in for a mammogram and I was treated quickly. They explained everything and the doctors and staff were all very friendly.

I have gone to Solis Cy-Fair for as long as I can remember and I will continue to go there as I feel very comfortable and confident with their staff and their services. I have a mammogram once a year and an occasional bone density scan. I never miss because they send me a letter each year when I am about due and follow up with an automated phone call. The women at the front desk provide very poor service, with bad expressions. If they don't like their job and aren't going to provide good service, it's better to fire them. They are not at all professional in their work.

Office staff was friendly. That's the extent of the good. You cannot contact the office directly for anything. Calling their number leads to a 20 minute hold time to talk to a human that isn't in the office you're trying to reach. Arriving early is not necessary. You will still wait an hour to be seen along with several other women in the back waiting room. One lady was told BY NAME from across the room that she needed to have an ultrasound done after all. DON'T GO HERE!!! however if you do decide to... double, TRIPLE CHECK if they actually do indeed take your health insurance. I booked an appointment with them a few years ago out of convenience of their open schedule. at the time they did take my insurance but I had to put up a fight for them to figure out I was covered. then this past year, without notifying me, I get a call from the collections agency telling me I owe $800. Staff in the office are amazing. No complaints there. I would give them 5 stars. However, their billing office is incompetent. The day I arrived for my appoint they asked me to pay $700 up front, which I did. Later in the month I received a bill for more $$, and which didn't show my original payment. I spent 30 minutes trying to get it resolved. Requesting people to pay in advance and then not sending out an accurate statement is ridiculous. Also, they said it would take 8 weeks for a refund.
