I had a great experience! Parking was free, onsite and close. The lobby had good signage so I knew where to go. The elevators were clean and not broken. The office door was right off the elevator so I did not have to search for the suite. The reception area was clean and well equipped, also there were others waiting and the clientele was on the up and up. Just had my first mammogram here and it was a wonderful experience. They sent helpful text reminders. Check in was a breeze. My appointment was on time. The tech (Marqueeta...forgive me if I misspelled!) was AMAZING! I had zero discomfort. Everyone was very friendly. Highly recommend!

Solis has always been my preferred selection for yearly mammogram exams. This location was a first visit. It was kinda hard finding being new with limited signage. Parking as usual in Dallas is limited and confusing. There's 2 separate buildings that share the businesses parking. My first reaction was shocked. Mainly due to the space and limited seating. I am on Medicare. I miss placed my hard card but I have the card on my phone. The desk refused this information and said they needed to have the actual card to check the back. She used an insurance from place where I had retired. Now this place is asking for $723. I have been using Solis many years and this was the first time I experienced this. The desk and the mammogram person were not friendly. I am filing a complaint.

Was about to have my first mammogram experience with this company. Please be aware and think of anywhere else. First they keep you in their lobby waiting 10 minutes which felt longer, didn't get to me till after my actual appointment time. There's a sign in the lobby saying something about "not tolerating inappropriate language or behavior to assistance and other radiologist" which I thought that was very weird!! But not very nice people, not very warm or welcoming ... kind of rude so I changed and left!

I went here in March for a mammogram. My appt was at 4:15pm. I got a voicemail from them at 3:34pm saying I was late to my appt and asking me to reschedule.......which I didn't listen to immediately since I was driving at that time. So I walked in, I think it was about 4pm, and they were acting as if they're closing up shop when I say I'm there for my 4:15pm They shuffle around and say we think we can get you in, uh, well, I hope so, because we all agreed to this appointment. As a patient, I'm appalled that it took more than 3 weeks for Solis to inform me that I have breast cancer. In addition, it was difficult for my primary care physician and UT Southwestern to get my images.
