My experience got off to a rocky start. I arrived about 10 minutes early. When I entered there was a horrible. The smell was like garbage, sewer or someone had a rough time in the bathroom. I waited about 5 minutes before anyone greeted me. The receptionist was having a conversation in the doorway with another employee. I’m a first time patient at Solis, and Ms. Dana was lovely to work with she made sure I was comfortable during my mammography process. Also check in was easy and quick, love their dressing room, how they provide lockers for your personal belongings, somewhat like a spa feel to the place. Great experience.

The front staff and technician were friendly and efficient, with very minimal wait time. The facility itself is immaculate and inviting. I have used this location for several years now and will continue to select this one for yearly services. They even had a treat bag in honor of Breast Awareness Month!

Look, there is nothing fun about a mammogram. But they are an absolutely necessary medical screening. The staff at this location makes it as pleasant of an experience as it can possibly be. They make the check-in process seamless. And the screening technician in this most recent visit was quick and efficient.

The team made me feel completely comfortable—everything was explained with kindness, and the atmosphere was quiet, respectful, and reassuring. It felt more like being supported than being screened.
