I really liked MUSIC. They were courteous and professional. The office was very neat and clean. liked that the radiologist gave the results to me while I was there. All in all a really nice experience. I would definitely recommend going here.

OK girls, we all know the importance of getting a mammogram but it's not at the top of the list of "fun" things to do. Let me just tell you that the folks at MUSIC make the process simple and easy! The office is clean and professional and the staff is friendly and welcoming. After checking in you are escorted to a small changing room where you are asked to take everything off from the waist up. MUSIC was great - but SOLIS - NO. The tech I saw was very nice and kind and professional but the overall vibe of the place is very corporate and not warm/personal like MUSIC used to be. I also don't like that you don't get your results immediately and I had to call many days later to get my results and I spoke to a call center rep who had no idea what was going on. Will not come back here next year.

Incredibly rude staff today for first time and last time visit. Ultrasound exam started with the nurse blaming the patient for not informing the imaging center that the patient is disabled and not able get up onto the 36inch high exam table. Then the nurse claimed to the patient that "all the staff are women so we can't help you and you will need to go somewhere else." I wonder if the imaging center to still try to charge the patient and bill insurance....

I got an appointment 6 months ago and it was supposed to be for tomorrow. I got a text today, late afternoon to tell "If you have any prior imaging, (CAT scan, MRI, mammograms, or ultrasounds), at any other facility in the last 10 years related to the exam you are scheduled for. We will need you to bring those images to the appointment, if you are unable to get images we will have to CANCEL. Thanks!" Umm, why not remind people of this a week or a month before this?
