While the staff is friendly. The check in needs to be adjusted. When you try to do check in online before you can’t click the link in email and then go back to post the code. If maybe you can design a question so they don’t have to go back into email and lose the link. When you go in you grab a clip board. Sign pages. Then get called up to sign more pages. Then get handed a ipad to sign more. It doesn’t flow and everyone is waiting for processing.
My experience was so great! Everyone was so kind, and their process felt secure and well thought out, all while respecting privacy! I was really nervous (my first appointment) and as soon as I arrived, I immediately felt taken care of! Definitely recommend!
I don’t like the way the lobby was remodeled because everyone in the lobby can now hear all of your business. There used to be a screen in the lobby that scrolled pictures of dogs but it was no longer there. It was very relaxing to watch while waiting. The lady that took my information placed 2 papers in front of me, said initial and sign where highlighted while I take someone to the back. She didn’t even explain what I was signing. Check in. Let’s start there. I hate being yelled to ( not at) first thing in the morning. Ashlee… settle down. Check in is not personal. Very open. Doesn’t feel private anymore. You’re supposed to walk to the side of the desk to drop your id. Others were told about a new test that costs $119. Ashlee just handed me the paperwork to sign. Didn’t discuss with me at all like the other check-in person did, or she did with others. Weird. Maybe I rubbed her wrong. But she definitely rubbed me wrong. I’ve never had a bad experience with this place. Ashlee was excellent checking me in and Tessie did an amazing job doing my mammogram. Such a wonderful place to go and I would never think of going any where else. My appt was at 7:30 this morning and I was out by 7:45. I was there at 7:00am
