Five star experience, for sure! The ladies at the Youngsville location could not have been kinder and more attentive. Charisse and Lexi were amazing. Charisse made sure that my registration went quickly and smoothly, and Lexi made my mammogram as comfortable and painless as possible. Highly, highly recommend this location!
Bone Density was the test given. The facility is very comfy, clean and professional. My technician was knowledgeable and very kind. She explained every step and made me comfortable with the test.
Breast Center of Acadiana was a warm, caring, friendly place. Solis is the complete opposite. The waiting area is stark white with nothing that says "welcome, we care about you". Didn't get past the front desk because they won't accept just verifying your identity by looking at your driver's license. Their policy: Solis must have a copy of your D.L. Been going there for years. Checked in at 2.40 for a 2:45 appt. Didn’t get checked in til 3:30. Did mamo., technician said Dr. Will read and let you know. Another half hr. then , I was told to get an ultrasound. Waited, then lady was very, very rough doing ultrasound. Waited AGAIN. She came back, and everything was negative. Left at 4:45. Unusually out in about 45 min, including ultrasound. Had asked technician that did mamo, she said ultrasound will be on my annual. So communication between staff was not there. ... read more
Just just walked out. Two months ago I scheduled a sonogram only, no mammogram. Was allowed to schedule it. My insurance approved it. Waited for my appointment. Checked in this morning, receptionist reiterated that I was there for a sonogram only not a mammogram. Waited in the waiting room for over an hour.
