Check in. Let’s start there. I hate being yelled to ( not at) first thing in the morning. Ashlee… settle down. Check in is not personal. Very open. Doesn’t feel private anymore. You’re supposed to walk to the side of the desk to drop your id. Others were told about a new test that costs $119. Ashlee just handed me the paperwork to sign. Didn’t discuss with me at all like the other check-in person did, or she did with others. Weird. Maybe I rubbed her wrong. But she definitely rubbed me wrong. My experience was so great! Everyone was so kind, and their process felt secure and well thought out, all while respecting privacy! I was really nervous (my first appointment) and as soon as I arrived, I immediately felt taken care of! Definitely recommend!
AMAZING STAFF! Mrs. Bri at the front desk was very welcoming and sweet! The mammogram tech Mrs. Lexi did a FABULOUS job. She made me feel comfortable and explained everything very thoroughly being this was my first mammogram. I recommend Solis to every woman no matter the age that needs a mammogram done. I will never fo anywhere else! Thank yall for making me feel like family!
The staff was amazing. I mistakenly scheduled my appointment for the wrong day and even though they were booked, they fit me in right away with no wait time. Staff was very friendly and accommodating!
I don’t understand why the lobby has the staff talking about all the personal business w ea walk in next to us sitting in the same room. There is no privacy at all. Why don’t they have a glass wall etc…I’m very confused. There are other offices doing this also. What happened to HIPPA? I can hear ev diagnose, ev personal ins cov, names . I had to hear ev ones reason for visit. Like some ppl r traumatized w breast cancer diag enough already. Nerves are shot.
