I had an excellent experience at the Woman’s Center at Memorial South on Washington Street in Hollywood Fl. From the moment I was called in, Maria Carrion, who performed my ultrasound, made me feel completely safe, comfortable, and at ease. Maria was incredibly kind, professional, and compassionate. She took the time to explain everything, was very gentle, and truly made what can be a stressful appointment feel calm and reassuring. I’ve been coming to Solis for years and Yuset is the BEST mammogram tech! She is experienced and very helpful. She explains the process clearly and has a great bedside manner. You can tell she takes pride in her work and she genuinely cares for her patients.
I am yearly impressed with the kindness, compassion, competent, efficient and professional care at the Memorial South Breast. From reception through exams , everyone is exceptional. I do not recall the name of the woman who did my mammogram, but my ultrasound professional was Maria C. Both of them were superb. It’s a warm environment, which is perfect for the women who come in anxious about their results. I am thoroughly and annually impressed
Surprisingly quick visit though I went in mid-day for a mammogram and ultrasound. My results were in mychart in a few hours. Great! The only negative is the mammogram tech Yuset Chirino. Every year, she PRESSURES me to review her positively. I can't do that. Interacting with her is unpleasant... lots of bragging about her skill, caustic and brusque manner...
My experience was great from start to finish: from the security guard who pointed me to the person at the information desk who took my ID and provided me with the device to be called for registration, and to the person who registered me were all courteous and pleasant. I'm sorry for not getting their names. Lynn was courteous who walked me into the changing area in Women Imaging.
