The employees, technicians, and radiologist are the best. The employees were kind, courteous, and helpful even though I was so nervous. They patiently helped me resolve an issue with my doctor's orders. The technician and the radiologist were both kind and thorough. They spoke with me explaining everything so I could get the best possible healthcare for my particular situation. I won't go to any other location now, if possible.
Had my first mammo at Methodist in 2024. Received a call from these people, not realizing it wasn't my original folks. Go in 2025 and they "find something". They don't tell me - they tell my primary. They said they've been trying to reach me, which isn't the case. My primary says I need an ultra sound. I try to schedule an ultra sound with Memorial, but they need records from Solis.
