So sweet! The ladies in the office made me feel very comfortable and addressed the questions I had as a first timer.
The wait time is minimal. The staff are friendly and the technician is sensitive to my needs and does her best to make sure I am as comfortable as possible. And most importantly she takes clear images.
Red Oak Solis Mammography is the most compassionate and caring of Solis, they have great customer service from the receptionist to the technician, and my appointment was at 7:00am when you expect most people to be grumpy and uncaring. Having shoulder surgery and due to positioning and movement I was a little anxious, but my experience was awesome!!
This place is awesome. The whole staff is warm and caring. They are very professional and they explain everything to you in detail. They are fast and efficient. This is my second year going to them and I already scheduled my appointment for next year ☺️
