I switched from the Mesquite location to this location as it is closer to home. These gals did not disappoint! Kerri was super nice for check in, I was a few minutes late for my appointment because of the holiday traffic and she said it was no problem. Went to the back and Wendy was super nice treated my ladies with care and was very informative. When everything was done she gave me a card with a recipe to try out which I thought was sweet and will definitely be trying it out!
I had the best experience today. The office manager was so nice and very efficient at getting me checked in for my appointment. The facility was very clean. I loved the lockers with famous women through history’s names on them. I chose Dolly Parton! The radiology technologist was so kind and did an amazing job at making what can be a very uncomfortable appointment actually enjoyable. I highly recommend the Rockwall Solis Center.
All of the Solis locations that I’ve been to are amazing, this one is Rockwall is exceptional! I was greeted by Kerri, she did my intake, was fast, kind and efficient. I had no wait time, whatsoever. My appointment today was at 10:00, I arrived early and was out by 10:00. However, that may all change once everyone finds out about this place! lol Wendy was my technician and she was the best ever! I was a patient at another location for years but switched due to moving. I thought service could not get any better but Kerri and Wendy proved me wrong! Checkin was quick and friendly and the actual procedure was quick and painless. I am a fan of Solis for life and an even bigger fan of the Rockwall location!!
I've been a customer with the West Plano location for years. The new Rockwall location is amazing as well. Staff was friendly, kind, and helpful. I was in and out quickly. Breast health is important. Please make sure you get an exam. May God Bless!
