Had my second visit with Anastasia yesterday. I have had appointments with other spas in the Greenhouse/Winston area, however Anastasia is by far the best and most skilled Nurse Practitioner I have ever had. Her professional manner is tempered by her warmth and understanding. She goes above and beyond in ensuring the very best outcome. I cannot express my thanks and gratitude enough for this superior practitioner. Sona MedSpa has a star in their midst.
Very, very friend staff. Anastasia was absolutely amazing. She took the time to ask all necessary questions. Explain everything about my procedure and continue to have a smile on your face the entire time. The office is clean. Everything is very well put together. I would highly recommend trying out sono med spa.
Ben is amazing! He took a lot of time with me making sure my Botox was injected correctly for what I needed. He also took time to explain to me why and what he was doing. The facility is clean and the staff is very welcoming. I will definitely be returning 😊
I don’t even know where to begin, but let me warn you now—this is going to be a long story. I’ve been a customer of Sona for about 20 years. Despite the high prices, I kept thinking, “As long as the procedure is done properly and I get good results,” so I went to Sona for my first hair removal treatment. I was wary to try Sona because I enjoy small local spots more, but I am so glad I did! It somehow manages to be sterile and professional while also giving warm and fuzzy vibes, especially Patika and Anastasia. They are so lovely and helpful. It’s like having your own hype crew pumping you up. They are so good at helping you find the treatments you’re looking for and making you feel comfortable. So glad I found this place.
