Nurse Joanna did a great job explaining the instructions for my procedure. Very personable and professional!
I felt I was treated very well even though I had to ask her twice what she was telling me because I forgot to put my hearing aids in which she said that’s OK. I’ll just talk louder. She explained everything to the detail on how all the procedure was going to be done and what I need to do to prepare for it and after, overall I give her a A plus the rest of the staff..

I am extremely pleased how comfortable I felt with my follow-up surgery. LPN Sharima treated me with exceptional care during the entire process, keeping me informed what is about to happen next, continuously checking on my current status of pain, and generally keeping the mood casual and calm. Dr. King had great bedside manner keeping conversation going with me during my surgery. I’m thrilled he made sure I was completely numb before he began any incisions.

From the moment you walk in, everyone you come in contact with is so kind and helpful. Did everything they could to calm my nerves and make me feel comfortable. During procedure, nurse and surgeon both very attentive to needs and did everything they could to make the procedure a success!

I was well taken care of. All the staff was kind and understanding during the procedure. I was given the meds that I needed. I wanted to have this procedure done for over a year. I am very happy I had this done. I would recommend Sono Bello to anyone who is looking to make a change to their body.
