Sono Bello in Tyson’s corner is awesome. The front desk staff Scarlet and Mackenzie know me when I walk in the door. They are both always helpful and friendly and appear to love what they do. The entire staff is always attentive and eager to ensure the client is comfortable and have what they need.

I love going to Sono Bello where everyone is so inviting and well trained. I’m on my third procedure and the Venus that Jin provides is fantastic. The procedure is painless and is actually calming to me and although I’ve never had a facial, I’m sure that receiving the skin care after the procedure is akin to a facial. High accolades to Jin and her work ethic for her clients. I feel wonderful in her hands.

What an amazing experience! From being greeted right on time to the process for getting ready. I was a little nervous about being awake but I was medicated so well it did not bother me. The surgical staff was great! The nurses are the best and I hope the same ones are working for my next procedure. The surgeon is very professional and kind! If your not coming here for your cosmetic procedures stop what your doing and give them a call. You won’t be disappointed. Also I just want to shout out to the office staff!! The entire staff is wonderful. They ate such sweet ladies. Dr Nickodem was the best. She took the time to explain everything she would do. She and her nurse was so comforting and caring. They really put me at ease. I even received a phone call on my way home from her. Thank you for the new me.

I met Kennedy at my preop conference with her and the surgeon. She was a pleasure to deal with and helped enormously getting through the awkward moments that seem inevitable in those kind of exchanges. I left that meeting with great clarity about what was ahead of me and what I needed to do to prepare and what I could expect in recovery. Simple, clear, everything documented in writing and an email in messages. No unknowns,, right down to validating my parking. Thanks, Kennedy!

I had a wonderful experience and excellent results! Everything before, during(pre-op), and after was explained very well. My surgeon, Dr. Nickodem, was accessible for post op questions. The post procedure videos that come at regular intervals helps to support you through the process and are very informative. The staff, from the front desk to the surgeons are polite and professional.
