My entire experience has been great! From the front desk to the surgeons, the staff is friendly, professional, and supportive!
My nurse, Kennedy was fantastic! Not only were her technical skills on point, but her bedside manner and empathy made me feel extremely comfortable; she understood what I as an individual needed vs treating me like “another patient.” Even after my procedure, she has followed up with me regularly to ensure that any questions I might have are answered and that my recovery is going well.
Great pre op with Melanie and Dr Nicodem! It was very informative. Ready for my surgery Day.
