My experience was a very positive one this far, since outs only Day 2 I cannot say too much about results but I can certainly share my thoughts. From Mikayla the receptionist 5 stars. Then my nurse Erika, she was also 5 stars, she treated me with the utmost care, compassion and professionalism, yet I felt like a friend. Dr. Lakin took time to answer all my questions and concerns. My nurses Audrey and Stephanie were awesome and very helpful. They made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Lakin is the best at what he does. He’s thorough and cares about his patients. The nurses and Dr.Lakin checked on me when I got home to make sure I was fine. Great staff there! I see results already!!

From my first appointment with Nicole Beaty, I was treated with kindness and respect. She answered all of my questions and concerns about the different procedures and financing options. Nicole kept in contact with me during my decision making process, which as it turns out had already been made before I walked in the doors of Sono Bello. Dr. Lakin was an absolute pleasure, he was very transparent throughout the process. I am not the most easy going person and I was very pleased. Nicole my nurse made me feel very comfortable I couldn’t of asked for a better experience.
All the employees that I talked to were amazing. I will be telling all my family and friends about the amazing experience that I had
I am reviewing my consultant, Nicole at the Troy office. She is absolutely wonderful! Patient, knowledgeable and extremely friendly. I actually enjoyed a medical consultation.... when does that ever happen? Lol. I will review my actual surgery results once I have feedback, but fir now I just wanted to give a shout out to Nicole for being amazing. Ask for her if you can!

Dr Al’s professionalism and bedside manners were absolutely perfect. I was nervous at first but after meeting him and his nurse Megan, I immediately felt at ease. Dr. Al will make sure that your expectations are met. I love my results!!
