I went in, very nervous. I explained that this was an emotional time for me, and Nurse Diamond calmed me down immediately. She treated me like an old friend, and when we met up with Dr. Al, I became even more at ease. He complemented what I already had, and throughly discussed every single bit of the procedure. Christina (my Versa Tech) is always professional, knowledgeable, and above all super friendly! I highly recommend this facility mostly because of the customer service I recieve and their willingness to make you feel comfortable when you are your most vulnerable self. Keep up the fantastic work, Christina and all!

Let’s first start off with how cozy the lobby is. Very relaxing and a calm vibe. Now on to Shawna Lepage. She is FANTASTIC. Wow, right from the moment she called my name, she treated me like an old friend asking advice. She’s compassionate and thoughtful. We joked about life, talked about or kiddos, and how she understands the strength it takes to say “I’m doing this for me, and I deserve it”. Edit to previous review. Nurse Hannah, not Brook! I guess I was loopy in the room and made up a name! Lol! Just goes to show you that even though you are awake, they make you very comfortable and “feeling good”!

Christina is absolutely amazing professionally and personally. She shows genuine care and interest in her clients and will tell you exactly what you need, no bullshit. She is the most professional and positive experience I’ve had from any kind of health or beauty service. If I could give 6 stars I would.

This office really knows what they are doing. They have such great experience and answer all my many questions. The nurses were also available to be via text on the weekend! Very supportive.

Dr Mucci and my nurse Mallory were amazing. They both were extremely professional and friendly. They explained everything in detail and I was completely at ease. The follow up was so appreciated. Nurse Ally was helpful with her tips and suggestions when I was home healing. The whole experience was top notch. I should have done this years ago!

Thank you Nicole for being so helpful at my consultation. I was beyond nervous and you made me feel comfortable and educated. I wouldn’t have done this without you helping me. As far as Dr Lakin, he is an artist. I am excited to look in the mirror, go to the gym, put on the cute outfit. The nurses were ALL fantastic, and the girls at the front desk were always super sweet. SonoBello is more than I expected it to be. SO happy!!

Nicole thank you for holding my hand and being so kind…. , flowers Begonia Dragon wings. Hosta Perennial does good shade or sun . Hopefully you done have 🦌 deer they eat them… well you are a awesome nurse and so is the other Nicole…thank you again.
