Ms. Dionne Witherspoon, the Community Manager, provides excellent customer service and has been extremely helpful. Mouse and Pest Infestation I have lived here for six years, and when I first moved in, I did not experience any issues with bugs or mice. Unfortunately, the situation has become significantly worse over time. I have personally caught four mice in my apartment in less than a month, and I know there are more because I can hear them inside the walls and throughout the apartment. Believe the reviews everybody that work here is incompetent and unprofessional as hell. Especially who sounds like a younger woman. She was sighing and short with me like I was inconveniencing her by calling. I got no real answers or help. She said I’ll add you to the waiting list then got no information about me to do that. so no you’ll never get a reply through email and calling is pointless they answer the phone and talk as if you’re bothering them. I have been awaiting a call for update on application, status etc .They lie alot and do not dollow thru with said words . The people running the front office need to be re-trained or rehauled.. The professionalism is definitely not there. One can tell they are there solely for a paycheck not because they like to serve or maintain things.
I have been trying for DAYS to call someone to set up touring a unit and potentially signing a lease. But when I call it’s only press one to leave a message and option two provides the same results. I have left a voicemail and still haven’t received a call back! Simply wanting to tour a unit and yet can’t even get through to anyone. Which is a shame because the property looks great, price is great, etc. but wow on the customer service!
