I have been awaiting a call for update on application, status etc .They lie alot and do not dollow thru with said words . The people running the front office need to be re-trained or rehauled.. The professionalism is definitely not there. One can tell they are there solely for a paycheck not because they like to serve or maintain things.
I have been trying for DAYS to call someone to set up touring a unit and potentially signing a lease. But when I call it’s only press one to leave a message and option two provides the same results. I have left a voicemail and still haven’t received a call back! Simply wanting to tour a unit and yet can’t even get through to anyone. Which is a shame because the property looks great, price is great, etc. but wow on the customer service!
I’ve scheduled an appointment three times already. First time they ended up leaving the office early for pest extermination so I had to reschedule, second time got cancelled and moved to a Friday. Got there on the third date, got there a bit early too because I really wanted to give this apartment a chance, but the office personnel was rude about being closed on Thursday and Friday. My 5 star review is based on my interactions with Dante in the leasing office. I came to the property to become informed about availability and qualifications. He made sure I throughly understand the process and qualifications. Again, Dante thank you.
