Came into South County Lexus parts department to order parts for an older Lexus we’re working on. As a business owner, I really pay attention to customer service, and Augie (hope I spelled that right) was amazing. He was client-friendly, professional, and really engaged with me — something that’s rare these days. To the sales team: don’t judge by appearances. I have been waiting for 4 months and my issue is still not resolved. I called, texted, left voicemails, and even tried to meet in person. No one responded properly. Managers don’t return calls, and nobody takes responsibility. They lost my camera and have done nothing to fix the situation. This is very disappointing and unprofessional service. I am extremely frustrated. I expected much better communication and accountability.

Update 8/31/24: South County Lexus has restored our faith in their customer service. They took the time to listen to our issue and went above and beyond to find a solution for us.
