I purchased a used a car a few years ago. I thought the was fine until I had an accident a last month. I thought the car to collision place and I ended up discovering that where the hit had previously been repaired. I was absolutely dumbfounded and experiencing buyers remorse. Please do your due diligence and bring someone that look at the car thoroughly.
I literally just had an outstanding experience with South County Lexus in performing a 30,000 mile service on my 2023 LS500 F-sport! The service writer Maria, was great! Excellent communication on all updates and was an absolute five star process. Thank you, Maria and South County Lexus!
This dealership is currently doing a $8,500 mark up / market adjustment for their vechicles. No need to pay this since other local Lexus dealerships in the area are selling at MSRP with no mark up or market adjustment such as Longo, Cerritos or San Diego.
I recently had a very disappointing experience with Service Advisor’s Hassan at Dealership South County Lexus. Unfortunately, I feel compelled to share my experience to help others avoid similar issues. I had a terrible experience with South County Lexus. They failed to pay off my trade-in vehicle on time, which resulted in extra money being owed on the old loan. To make matters worse, they took out a proxy loan with Toyota in my name and instructed me to pick up a check from my own personal credit union. After doing so they failed to pay off the Toyota loan and have been unresponsive in fixing the issue. Their handling of this situation has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
