Been renting a unit for several years and I have not been disappointed. Easy access to your unit. You can always reach someone and the staff is AWESOME!! Definitely would recommend 😊
Terrible experience with this company. I rented a unit on Thursday before moving out of my previous house and went by to confirm it on Friday. The unit (which I was told was empty and unlocked) was locked up. I contacted the office who assured me that they would have the unit ready by Sunday when I was moving. I showed up Sunday with a U-Haul full of items and the unit was still locked meaning I had to extend my U-Haul for another day and take off the latter half of the next day of work. I have been using this facility for almost two years with no problems whatsoever. It's a clean facility and well laid out for indoor storage as well as outdoor storage. It's conveniently located in South Knoxville about 1.25 miles South of the John Sevier Highway and Chapman Highway interchange. It has been under new management since last year and their correspondence to me has always been in and informative and timely manner. I put my stuff in a unit for two nights. My first time taking my thins there was about 8 units that seemed to be broke. Into and raided. Things were thrown everywhere. I removed my items 2 days later. I called and explained and asked for a refund. I paid $153 for a 5X10 for two nights. I called for over two weeks. I was always told I would get a call and never received one.over a month later and nothing as still been taking care of. I DO NOT SUGGEST THIS STORAGE UNIT!
New owners have really stepped up. Weeds are gone, grass is cut, trash stays picked up, gate is working properly, pest control has been established ( it was previously non-existent ), and the parking lot has been graded with new rock at the entrance( would rather have seen recycled asphalt that would last longer but anything is better than the ditch). They are also, as of this posting, adding more units so there will be plenty of room soon.
