I had an AWESOME experience with Ashley who set me up with my storage unit over a very busy time (New Year's weekend). She gave AMAZING service. The storage unit was outside of town and felt secure. I'm grateful for the service and how quickly this was put into place. Nice work Ashley! Tell your boss to give you a raise:)
The unit was ok although the floor got wet from snowmelt and there were enough holes in the walls for the mice to travel between units. In 18 months, the rent went up 27%.

Snow/ice removal could be improved. Difficult to get in/out during winter months especially when it snows. Basic storage units.
