OK, so let me start this off by saying . A blessing is what I’ve been given by the amazing management and help I have received. I have been at the storage for over five years and I have had few issues in the past but the management that runs this location one is freaking amazing. I have never had someone be so concerned and willing to help me. When I had an issue with my monthly payment Ashley called me and explained everything after she took the time to much research on my issue. Come to find out it was my error. But Ashley went above and beyond to help me get the problem fixed. She went above and beyond any sort of expectations I ever had for any company representative of any company. If I could give zero stars, I would. We rented a unit here in South Lake Tahoe and had to move out after a severe mouse and rat infestation destroyed many of our items. For context, we only stored construction-related materials here... nothing edible, used in food prep, or items to feed/attract pests. Even so, we were setting traps and were catching a dozen+ mice every single month. All of our belongings were covered in mouse/rat droppings, and stunk of vermin urine. Want to give a huge shout out to the lovely ladies who run this location! They both worked quickly to find me the best unit for all my family's storage needs. Forgot to leave them a Review and after calling them today it reminded they deserve a one. Jennifer was fantastic helping me rent, and Ashley was great with the online accset up. 10 stars if I could. !!!
I have rented 3 10x 20 units from the South Lake Tahoe facility. During a horrible snow storm we had to move in and Ashley was able to get the area plowed and kept it plowed all day for us. The owner of the facility cares about his customers and listens to any issues that arise. On our move out of one of the Units Ashley was there to assist in getting us off the books.
