Want to give a huge shout out to the lovely ladies who run this location! They both worked quickly to find me the best unit for all my family's storage needs. Forgot to leave them a Review and after calling them today it reminded they deserve a one. Jennifer was fantastic helping me rent, and Ashley was great with the online accset up. 10 stars if I could. !!!
I have rented 3 10x 20 units from the South Lake Tahoe facility. During a horrible snow storm we had to move in and Ashley was able to get the area plowed and kept it plowed all day for us. The owner of the facility cares about his customers and listens to any issues that arise. On our move out of one of the Units Ashley was there to assist in getting us off the books. I would highly recommend this facility. Thank you Laurie Dunne
Jennifer and Ashley were extremely helpful and knowledgeable in assisting me with my rental units. Highly recommend working with them.
Over two years of renting the unit and paying on time, they increased the rent 2 times a year due to "expenses everywhere steadily rising". Not sure how this impacts a facility with no utilities. In winter they did not shovel the stairs to the upper units when they plowed the main driveway which is a huge safety concern. I did it myself several times. I have left messages to speak to a representative and did not receive any response from a them. Wish my experience was better and I could leave a better review.
Nice facility. Friendly service. Minus 1 star for steep price increases.
