I don’t care for this clinic at all. Between the cameras in the bathroom and the lack of communication from counselors, I’m looking to transfer. I transferred from out of state where we were treated with respect because after 9 years of clean urines and doing the right thing, they are more laid back. Here, apparently years of following the program and clean urines doesn’t matter. Every time you come in, you gotta see a counselor, or see the front desk for some BS..
I just started here after transferring from a clinic in AL, but so far I'm not liking it. Idk if it's because of different laws in TN or what, but the clinic I came from was way more laid back than this. I was used to barely ever having to see a counselor, we didn't have to do group and you could even just come back the next day for a drug test if you couldn't pee. Here I get flagged just about everyday by my counselor or some other BS. I'm looking to transfer somewhere else or at least switch counselors, cause my partner wh... read more
I have been coming here for about 6 or 7 months, which I transferred from BHG. BHG has no compassion, organization, or communication. If you're tired of being a number and treated like a lepper, come to South Nashville CTC, where you'll be treated like a human being.
hands down the best clinic. the counselors and nurses truly do care about you and your recovery. they don’t harass you about payments, and if you relapse, they won’t make you feel awful about it and will do their best to help you. i’ve been going here a year now, and am so greatful to everyone at this clinic for helping me get this far in my recovery. also shoutout to my counselor jeff he is the absolute best. if you need help- this is the place.
Jennifer and Jeff and the rest of the staff are genuinely caring. I would recommend this to anyone
