Everyone at this office was kind, efficient and thoughtful. I was so nervous about my son having his wisdom teeth pulled but I felt like I was in very good hands at this practice. The surgery was performed with care and expertise. The after care instructions were clear. They checked in several times after the surgery to make certain my son was recovering well. My son bounced back very quickly. I would feel very comfortable referring anyone to this practice.

Great experience, great staff very friendly and professional. Love Dr. People, excellent manners, professional, he made sure i understood the procedures. He covered stept by step. This was my first vist, loved it, will refer my friends and family. Loved it will go back. Emma Cubit

I've gone in twice for extractions with Dr Keyser. Each time was as wonderful as an extraction could be. Consult was informative and I felt as though I was part of the care plan. The extractions themselves went smoothly. I wear a hijab and each time they were respectful of that when wheeling me out. I would recommend them to anyone who needs oral surgery done, esp Dr. Keyser.

They agreed to take all 4 wisdom teeth, the other place would only take one. The purpose was to sedate only once and go through the pain only once. And only pay one time too. They did a great job (accept; they had an issue with the vein puncture before sedation.) all in all it was a good experience with the situation at hand.

I highly recommend Dr. Keyser and her team of professionals at South OMS - Fayetteville. Dr. Keyser was my husband's surgeon last year when he required tooth extractions and implants, and he was very happy with the results. Fast-forward to 2025, now I was in need of an extraction and implant. Of course, Dr. Keyser was my first choice, and she did an excellent job! South OMS has a proven record of success, and I cannot thank them enough. Hats off to Dr. Keyser and her team! They do great work at South OMS!
