Unprofessional staff. Long wait times to get any care. Family member was on bed alarm and needed assistance to use the rest room. Staff took 5-10 minutes to get to the room to take family member to the bathroom and left them sitting in a messed bed due to their inability to do their job. Several times I had to search for staff and found them on their phones at the nursing stations. Family member got bad uti, and pneumonia from aspirating food (speech therapy cleared the swallow test) that got them readmitted to hospital, ... read more
