We had our solar panels installed in Aug 2022. The installers was friendly and answered any questions we had. It is now 25 Nov 2022 and we are still waiting to be turned on. I contacted the customer support person and was told they are working the issue. I also contacted CPS Energy and was told that there is no application on filled for our address and once the paperwork was filed that it would be a lengthy process. CPS Energy also said that South Plain Solar should have gotten the approval prior to install. I hope... read more
So honestly I have been very patient with this company but they have not followed through on what they said they would do. My vent on my side of the house was ruined and was supposed to be fixed two months ago. It took almost 6 months to get up and have my system run. I have been told I would be reimbursed for payment when it wasn’t running still waiting on some of those. I have emailed and left messages, been told they would call me back with information and failed to do that.
The Worst Company Ever to Work For and To do Any Business With. Do Not Trust these People. My Husband Worked for these people and He was a Good Hard worker, Never Missed Work for any reason!! When Business Got Busy They put their Employees on Salary Pay, When they slow down they were paying by how many kw They Installed.
