I am a friend or relative of a resident The staff was great, always responsive and courteous and focusing on my great grandmothers needs. They offered great food and had specialists on site. With a fun event planned nightly for the residents, and even the occasional field trip, the made sure everyone received the proper care they deserve and need. I visited this facility The rooms are dingy. Paint peeling off walls, limited lighting. Bathrooms are small, not alot of room for residents and staff. Residents sitting in wheelchairs in main hall for hours. Room alarms and lights on with no staff coming for over an hour. They are understaffed and undertrained. Owner needs to remodel this location. It's outdated.
