Took our cat here for urgent care. They were very responsive to helping our cat. Our cat, Ms. Kitty had an appointment in less than a hour after I called to make one. I had to drop her off seeing it was an urgent care appointment. The Dr. Saw Ms. Kitty almost immediately, then called me with the run down of what the plan of action for diagnosis was going to be. This clinic is the first vet that I will take my service dogs to and know that I can trust them to work on my dogs without having any question if I will have a set back in training because of a visit. Never has my sd had a set back due to a visit or procedure here and that is HUGE!! My exotic cats also come here and the vets and tech hands down are amazing with them, never have we been over charged or felt like we got charged for something we didn’t need. Have been going here since I got my dog last fall. He just got neutered yesterday and they were so thorough with the recovery instructions. Always great communication and so friendly! So happy I can bring my fur baby to them and have no worries!
We started taking our dog here after asking around and receiving many recommendations. And it's understandable why. They are great with our pet, and the staff is friendly. We have had a couple of times where they had our pet the full day (one urgent care day, and spay surgery day) and I feel my dog was cared for, and even loved while she was there. Pricing is straightforward and reasonable. Maybe not the lowest, but reasonable, and with the level of care, worth it.
We had to put our 12 year old German Shepherd down last Saturday and it was a really hard day. Our Veterinary clinic was closed and we called at least 5 clinics before we called South Shore and they were able to get him in. Everyone was so caring and had compassion at this difficult time. Dr Karrie explained everything well and also very compassionate. We received a sympathy card in the mail yesterday and that was so thoughtful. Thank you so much!
