I cannot recommend this vet enough. They were so compassionate, caring and made me and my dog’s last minutes together something I’ll never forget. From the front desk all the way to the vet, these people are the best. I live 45 minutes away and already had a vet, I will never use that vet again. This experience sealed the deal. I will drive the distance just to go to SSAH. Thank yall so much for taking care of me and my Doo Doo dog 💕
I'm so thankful we decided to board our fur baby here! The amount of care and concern this whole vet team displayed from the time we dropped Cali off, til the day we picked her up, was most impressive. We boarded her a total of 13 days and I was checking in periodically and each time I called everyone was sooo friendly and so happy to give a report. Kim was exceptional! Great experience with South Shreveport Animal Hospital so far. I called on short notice needing a USDA accredited veterinarian to issue an official health certificate for international travel. They scheduled me promptly and have been very attentive to seeing that my needs are met prior to my trip. Very kind and courteous staff and the vet is great, experienced in the service we needed, and very personable. Thank you for making the process as easy and streamlined as possible!
After "thinking" I was taking my babies to the most affordable vet in the area for YEARS... I was happily surprised at not only price, but service TOO! I have been taking my 2 imperial shih-tzus to a vet in Waskom since moving back to Shreveport fromDallas a few years ago.
