I called to make an appointment as a first time patient (I hadn’t been to a dentist in 4 years and had recently received a gift of free braces from an outside orthodontist and they recommended I start seeing a dentist regularly again) and this place booked me the very next day! They were very nice and pleasant and VERY transparent about everything from prices, to problem areas, to treatments. The team at Southampton aesthetic Dentistry is the best I’ve ever experienced. Dr David Agia and his entire team were friendly, professional and detailed oriented. They are excellent listeners and they explain the procedures clearly. They made me feel at ease…. Which helped a lot with my dental anxiety. I will recommend this dentist to all of my friends, family and coworkers. The facility is clean, beautiful and very soothing. This might be the end of my issues with dental anxiety.
My experience at Southampton aesthetic dentistry was absolutely amazing! I had a root canal done at a different place but needed to find a good provider to get the crown afterwards. The entire staff was absolutely amazing! I spoke with Olimpia several times prior to my appointment and she was so patient and helpful. They are very thorough here! Dr. Agia is very nice and assured me I’d be comfortable. The dental hygienist was extremely thorough making sure it was perfect. A lot of places I e been before seem to rush it. So this was assuring. Great experience will continue to go here. I’ve had some terrible experiences with dentist offices too!
On entering, staff were very professional and friendly. There was no wait-time and staff appeared very knowledgeable about their tasks. The doctor and assistant were even more professional, courteous and demonstrated job knowledge. Dr David Agia explained fully and made sure you understood. He demonstrated patience and made you feel at home. I’d highly recommend this Dentistry to everyone.
