I am so glad I went to the Southampton location. Kim the hygienist takes her time and cleaned my teeth like no other hygienist has in the past. She was so thorough!!! The dentist I saw after was not pushing any procedures not needed. Thank you Gaby and all your staff. What a great job!!!!
I like the new practice, I only had a cleaning from Kim, who I knew from before. I met Dr Rubenstein today, he was very nice & introduced himself when he entered the room. Front desk lady was friendly too. They are very thorough & i recommend them.
Overall, my experience was positive. Hygienist was very thorough, and dentist was professional, friendly and efficient. My appointment was for 11:00 am, but I was not taken in for service until 11:15, without an explanation as to the cause of the delay in service. Despite that one hiccup, I would recommend Hampton Smiles for dental needs.
As pleasant an experience as you could have at a dentist’s office. Friendly and skilled hygienist and a very informative, concerned doctor.
Needed a second opinion for a problem I was having. Within minutes a proper diagnosis was given with some fun humor and I was on my way. I will be changing dentists as will the rest of my family.
