Thanks the doctor is very thorough. He agrees there is no problem as discussed with me. It's just poor cleaning. I go back in 10 days and we hope to discuss further how to proceed moving forward. Hampton Smile is the best dental practice I have been to ... and I have been to many. The staff is always so friendly, welcoming, and caring. Victoria is a phenomenal hygienist; I don't think I have ever had a more thorough cleaning in all my 50+ years. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.
had such a great experience here! The staff is genuinely friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. I was especially impressed with the laser cavity filling—quick, painless, and no stressful drilling. The dental assistant explained everything clearly and really took their time with me. The Dentist was extremely friendly and personable. Victoria is the best hygienist around and I followed her from her old dental office just because she is truly amazing.Definitely the best dentist office I have ever been to !
I have nothing but good things to say about Hampton Smiles and their staff.. I had recently moved to the area and chose a dentist that didn't work out for me due my insurance carrier. I was in a bind and went to Hampton Smiles. I explained my situation to Doctor Rubinstein. He along with his staff worked with me with scheduling, my insurance, and my procedures. I honestly cannot say enough about this place. My dentist retired and luckily I was able to find my hygienist of 10 plus years. This is my second year with Dr Rubinstein and I couldn't be more satisfied. Currently going through root canal treatment. Special thanks to Dr Schaeffer, Dr Balwani and Jamie for being so patient and answering every question. Understanding what is going on definitely creates a better experience. And of course a big thank you to Kim for introducing me to the practice 😊
