This is the first rental that I have had in the 10 years I've lived in bloomington that I have felt safe, where the management has been wonderful. They respond when I need something but they dont hover. They send a newsletter every month which is helpful. The trailers are nice and the neighborhood is nice. Would recommend over any of the other complexes around.
Okay, let me start by saying that my son is the one who got hit by that car you’re seeing in the reviews. My son is fine thankfully. That had NOTHING to do with the management or park at all what so ever. Management has checked on my child and made sure we are okay. The lady driving, speeding through the park DRUNK I may add was the problem. We have been here almost a year now and haven’t had a single problem with anything. We love the new management here. They have been exceptional and very helpful. We love Harvey. He helped us get right into a place when we had nowhere to go. He is quick to respond to anything needed. It is a noisy neighborhood, but a decent place to live.
A minor was recently run over by a speeding car in the middle of the main road. Right in front of an intersection where a stop sign USED to be. But it had fallen earlier this year and then disappeared, never to be replaced. The email the manager sent out basically said to watch your kids and reminded people of the speed limit. A handful of kids knocked the leaves off a small tree in an empty lot a few days ago and that seemed to actually be a concern. Good to know the priorities.
