Okay, let me start by saying that my son is the one who got hit by that car you’re seeing in the reviews. My son is fine thankfully. That had NOTHING to do with the management or park at all what so ever. Management has checked on my child and made sure we are okay. The lady driving, speeding through the park DRUNK I may add was the problem. We have been here almost a year now and haven’t had a single problem with anything. A minor was recently run over by a speeding car in the middle of the main road. Right in front of an intersection where a stop sign USED to be. But it had fallen earlier this year and then disappeared, never to be replaced. The email the manager sent out basically said to watch your kids and reminded people of the speed limit. A handful of kids knocked the leaves off a small tree in an empty lot a few days ago and that seemed to actually be a concern. Good to know the priorities. I was completly wrong in my first review! Moving into this place was fine, the management that was here when I first moved in was great Harvey and Sara I think! These new people that run the office now are awful! They literally stole my car out of the driveway without any notice! They seen me working on it , and I guess figuredit was broke down which it wasn’t I fixed it, and then the next day had it towed without warning! I advise you to stay away from this place! "New managment" is treating this place like an airbnb slum Started "quarterly inspections". Every couple months they send a vague day schedule but rarely tell you what time they'll be there. It's like waiting for a cable guy in 2005. She's towed several cars without warning. Their website constantly messes up rent payments and then she files for eviction DURING the "warning period" I understand there is JUST the manager in the office now. No other staff to check over her blatantly abusive and antagonistic business practices.... read more
We love the new management here. They have been exceptional and very helpful. We love Harvey. He helped us get right into a place when we had nowhere to go. He is quick to respond to anything needed. It is a noisy neighborhood, but a decent place to live.
