The company that owns the mobile home park gave me the feeling as though it is all about business and like they’re forgetting that they are dealing with people and that people are attempting to create homes in the units. It felt uncomfortable to live here and like we were burdens and it felt like they thought they were doing us a favor by letting us live here. You can find decent apartments or actual houses for the same price or cheaper that will have a better atmosphere and that will not have the same issues as mobile homes... read more
We love the new management here. They have been exceptional and very helpful. We love Harvey. He helped us get right into a place when we had nowhere to go. He is quick to respond to anything needed. It is a noisy neighborhood, but a decent place to live.
The reason it is a three star review is because of how long it took to get anything fixed here When the issues that needed fixed should’ve been resolved before move-in. But I would like to say the new maintenance man I appreciate him more than anything he helped get what I needed fixed done! If it wasn’t for him, I’m not sure how much longer it would’ve took! For over forty years, Southcrest has been part of the Bloomington community. Now under new ownership and management, Southcrest is working towards providing access to comfortable and affordable housing.
Too many speed bumps and numbers are all over the place. Almost impossible to find a place in there.
