One of the nicest trailer communities in Monroe county. Affordable, modern and the office staff are the best! I give it 5 stars and recommend anyone looking for a place to live in Bloomington that’s affordable to give Southcrest a shot.
We love the new management here. They have been exceptional and very helpful. We love Harvey. He helped us get right into a place when we had nowhere to go. He is quick to respond to anything needed. It is a noisy neighborhood, but a decent place to live.
Trailer park in very nice the office is very nice really like it in here the manager Chelsie is very awesome they go above and beyond I definitely recommend anyone wanting to move in here neighbors are very nice and it's a beautiful Park!!
We’ve lived here about six months now before we moved in. Someone stole the whole air conditioner. Unit outside few months later my vehicle gets broken into and management treat people differently, which violates fair housing thinking about starting a lawsuit
The company that owns the mobile home park gave me the feeling as though it is all about business and like they’re forgetting that they are dealing with people and that people are attempting to create homes in the units. It felt uncomfortable to live here and like we were burdens and it felt like they thought they were doing us a favor by letting us live here. You can find decent apartments or actual houses for the same price or cheaper that will have a better atmosphere and that will not have the same issues as mobile homes... read more
