We wanted a backyard oasis. We got that and more. From design to completion, Southeast Pools team members were professional, friendly, courteous and on time. Professional and very helpful answering questions and assisting in the design. The crew was always on time and we were kept informed of any delays ahead of time. I highly recommend Jaimie and his awesome crew!! This was the only company that was able to do a turn key project and not requiring us to contract a third party to complete all the work. We had a phenomenal experience with Southeast Pools from start to finish. After extensive research and meeting with several companies we decided on Jaime and his team for our pool build. We were impressed with Jaime’s responsiveness and attention to detail and oversight to complete our build ahead of schedule. He was on top of every step and his customer service was exceptional. We now use Southeast Pools to service our pool weekly and continue to be impressed by their service. Highly recommend!!!
Southeast Pools deigned and built my pool. Jaime Martinez is very responsive and is happy to answer any questions. Jaime made sure to update me through everything that was going on. It was completed in 7 weeks. There were no supply delays. Only a few weather delays. Once it was completed, he goes over how to operate everything. If your looking for a pool builder.
