We wanted a backyard oasis. We got that and more. From design to completion, Southeast Pools team members were professional, friendly, courteous and on time. If there was an issue, it was addressed promptly by the owner Jaime Martinez personally and directly. The weather did not cooperate, but Jaime communicated and kept us aware of the situation. Professional and very helpful answering questions and assisting in the design. The crew was always on time and we were kept informed of any delays ahead of time. I highly recommend Jaimie and his awesome crew!! This was the only company that was able to do a turn key project and not requiring us to contract a third party to complete all the work. We had a phenomenal experience with Southeast Pools from start to finish. After extensive research and meeting with several companies we decided on Jaime and his team for our pool build. We were impressed with Jaime’s responsiveness and attention to detail and oversight to complete our build ahead of schedule. He was on top of every step and his customer service was exceptional. We now use Southeast Pools to service our pool weekly and continue to be impressed by their service. Highly recommend!!!
I would recommend Southeast Pools for any one looking to put in a swimming pool. We love our pool! Great company, professional always there if you have a question. I can’t say enough good things about this company!
I have been using Southeast Pools for some time now and I am completely satisfied with all aspects of their weekly pool service. They come when they are supposed to come or you promptly get an email with an explanation (this has only happened to me once). When they are done you get an email with picture giving you details of the service that was just performed.
