This branch is very convenient for military and military-related personnel. The staff members are very cordial and helpful. I always have my questions and concerns handled efficiently and I use Southeeatern Credit Union for my banking options. Thank you for those who have helped us at this branch!
I work on Moody AFB so I use this Branch all the time. Rhonda, Brad & Tonia are always greeting you from there offices or behind the counter, with a smile & greetings. Nothing fake with these folks, you can tell a fake "have to greeting"! I like the way they treat you, like family here at the credit union or even around base. Also they'll work with you on how to get the most out of your money, from CD's to their Reward Checking (Kasasa Acct). Brad was a great help in assisting me in resetting my online password. He took extra time to demonstrate the unique settings on my account dashboard showing me how to make managing my information so much easier!!! He is my “go to” guy ! SEFCU is a great place to take care of my money management.
The main building was closed when I drove through, but I only needed to use the drive-through ATM. You have to enter from the roadway leading to/away from the Moody Inn front desk (one way in/ out as far as I could tell). The roadway for driving around in there is tight IMO, but I personally prefer having extra space. Charged me a $5 fee to withdraw $20 using a NF card (not happy about that, but I needed cash and it worked).
I had the pleasure of having Rhonda Walker, Branch Manager of Moody AFB assist my wife and I with researching and establishing new accounts within this CU which we have been members of for 12 years. She was so much unlike the lack of concern we experienced from two other branches concerning the same issues. Rhonda was HONEST, patient, kind and a very well informed manager.
