I had the pleasure of having Rhonda Walker, Branch Manager of Moody AFB assist my wife and I with researching and establishing new accounts within this CU which we have been members of for 12 years. Absolutely fantastic experience! It gives you the small town feel of a personal credit union where you don't feel like you're part of a big banking conglomerate ,that you're just a number. The ladies in there at moody air force branch are just my absolute favorite. They got my kids all set up with their first checking accounts! Very exciting, I would highly recommend!
Scarlet was awesome!!! Not only did she help me get a small loan, she got me the best rate and it took no time at all. !! And to top it off she suggested a money market acct for my savings to give me a super interest rate !!! This Credit Union is the best !!
Much quicker and easier than I was expecting, miss Rhonda was very helpful and friendly she made the process simple for me and had my application submitted in minutes, I would highly recommend south eastern for any military members they take care of us
The fraud division reached out to me today and I was able to contact Mrs. Rhonda Walker branch manager at Moody Air Force Base, she went above and beyond on all the concerns that I had regarding my debit card and possible disputes.
