I really love banking here. Everything I do here is , quick , easy and the branch I use has always had a great staff
I had the opportunity to work with Miriam Holloway for my new account. She was personable, yet professional as she advised me of all of the products and services that were available. She listened attentively and exceeded my expectations.
Very disappointed the bank sent me an email stating I had the option of Line of credit overdraft protection when I called to ask about this service a week later I was told they do not offer the service of which was stated on the email that they offer. I spoke with 3 individuals with the bank one was DJ who wasn’t very nice and was condescending, Mary had an attitude and spoke over me the whole call so I hung up. I’ve never had this experience here it was terrible. I am now in search of another financial institution.
The lady was so nice!! It was my first time ever setting up an account somewhere by myself and she was so welcoming and answered any questions I had a knew most of them before I did❤️
