Wonderful service. I really appreciate the friendly attitudes of everyone who works at this branch. Brenda has gone above and beyond to help me set up both a personal and business accounts.
I can't brag enough on the Waycross branch. Mrs Ellen Cox has gone above and beyond anyone we have ever delt with in the banking world. She is the nicest person that has gone all out to take care of our needs with a loan using property as collateral. We have been thinking of changing banks for years now after decades of business at the current one. She and branch manager, Kacie Lake are the nicest ladies you'll ever meet. Great Experience. Staff was fantastic to deal with! Mrs. Brenda Steverson spent a lot of time explaining the various types of accounts available and the advantages of each. She introduced me to all of the ladies on staff and did everything she could to make me comfortable. I was treated like a member of the family instead of a customer number!
I recently moved to Georgia and requested input on the best C.U. in Waycross. Probably 80% of the responses suggested SE Credit Union. I opened an account with them yesterday with the help of Kacie. She was extremely efficient, very friendly and professional. It was pretty much a painless experience. Thanks Kacie.
