I went in Wednesday 6/3 to get 3 wisdom teeth removed. I showed up crying and left crying but the staff there were the most kind, patient and caring people that could’ve done this for me. My anxiety was absolutely awful going into the surgery but I am so so so grateful to everyone who was there with me. From the minute I walked into the office I felt well taken care of by the entire staff. I was greatly impressed about how friendly, caring, and knowledgeable the staff were and their number one desire was to make me feel comfortable. You can’t help but notice the great teamwork. My questions were answered and I was given copies of all forms and valuable educational materials. Check out their website, it is full of information. All the staff were very friendly and caring when I brought my 96 year old dad to have a tooth pulled. They even brought him some socks and a blanket to keep him warm when we had our consultation :) . So glad to have the referral to you guys - all went great .
I had a great experience with a recent tooth extraction. The staff at the front desk greeted me with a smile and engaging conversation. They were patient as I filled out the paperwork. When it came time for the extraction, both Dr. Anderson and her assistant Jonny were very encouraging and reassuring and explained the whole procedure. My 8 year old daughter was in need of some teeth pulled and these guys made her experience as enjoyable as possible. They walked her through exactly what was going to be happening, had kids bop playing for her when she arrived, and offered a warm blanket. She was in and out in a record amount of time and her recovery was seamless.
